Personal Pages Settings

Personal pages allow supporters to create their own fundraising pages under your campaign. Configure default settings that apply when fundraisers create their pages.

Accessing Personal Page Settings

  1. Go to your Campaign
  2. Select your Site
  3. Click Settings > Personal Pages

General Settings

Show Personal Pages

Control visibility of personal pages on your site.

  1. Go to Personal Pages > General
  2. Toggle Show Personal Pages
  3. Save changes

When disabled, personal pages are hidden from the public site and donation forms. Users can still view/edit existing pages in the portal.

Create Personal Pages

Allow fundraisers to create new personal pages.

  1. Go to Personal Pages > General
  2. Toggle Create Personal Pages
  3. Optionally set a Max Limit per user (0 = unlimited)
  4. Save changes

When disabled, create buttons are hidden in the portal and site modules.

Default Title

Set a template for page titles.

  1. Go to Personal Pages > General
  2. Enter a Default Title
  3. Use to include the fundraiser's name
  4. Save changes

Example: "'s Fundraiser for Hope"

Provide default images for fundraiser pages.

  1. Go to Personal Pages > General
  2. Upload gallery images (JPEG, GIF, PNG - 5 MB max)
  3. Recommended size: 800px wide minimum
  4. Save changes

Fundraisers can replace or add to these default images.

Default Fundraiser Image

Set a default profile photo for fundraisers.

  1. Go to Personal Pages > General
  2. Upload a default image (JPEG, GIF, PNG - 5 MB max)
  3. Recommended size: 400 x 400 pixels
  4. Save changes

Personal Page End Date

Allow fundraisers to set their own end dates.

  1. Go to Personal Pages > General
  2. Toggle Personal Page End Date
  3. Save changes

When enabled, fundraisers can override the site's end date for their page.

Require Team Page

Require fundraisers to join a team before completing setup.

  1. Go to Personal Pages > General
  2. Toggle Require Team Page
  3. Save changes

Note: Make sure team pages are enabled before using this setting.

Require Organization Page

Require fundraisers to join an organization before completing setup.

  1. Go to Personal Pages > General
  2. Toggle Require Organization Page
  3. Save changes

Suggest a fundraising goal during page setup.

  1. Go to Personal Pages > General
  2. Enter a Recommended Goal amount
  3. Save changes

Fundraisers can customize their own goal during or after setup.

Initial Page Status

Control whether new pages are immediately public.

Custom Fields

Collect additional information from fundraisers during page creation.

  1. Go to Personal Pages > Custom Fields
  2. Click Add Field to create new fields
  3. Configure field type and options
  4. Drag and drop to reorder
  5. Save changes

Field Types

  • Text - Short answer input
  • Textarea - Long answer input
  • Dropdown - Select one option from a list
  • Checkbox - Yes/no selection
  • Radio buttons - Select one option from visible choices

  • T-shirt size
  • Mailing address
  • Phone number
  • Emergency contact
  • Custom questions specific to your campaign

Default Appeal

Set the default story/appeal text for all personal pages.

  1. Go to Personal Pages > Default Appeal
  2. Use the rich text editor to write your default appeal
  3. Save changes

This content appears on all new pages until fundraisers customize it with their own story.

Writing Tips

  • Include your organization's mission
  • Explain the impact of donations
  • Provide a template fundraisers can personalize
  • Keep it compelling but concise

Welcome Email

Send an automated email when someone creates a fundraising page.

Enable Welcome Email

  1. Go to Personal Pages > Welcome E-mail
  2. Toggle Enable Welcome E-mail
  3. Save changes

Subject Line

  1. Go to Personal Pages > Welcome E-mail
  2. Enter a custom Subject Line
  3. Save changes

Email Content

  1. Go to Personal Pages > Welcome E-mail
  2. Use the rich text editor to customize your message
  3. Available template tags:
    • - Fundraiser's first name
    • - Campaign name
  4. Save changes

Send Test Email

Preview your welcome email:

  1. Configure subject line and content
  2. Click Send Test E-mail
  3. Check your email to review
