Form-Level Settings
- Search - Show/hide search box above tiers
- Order Ticket Limit - Maximum tickets per order across all tiers (0 for no limit)
General Information
- Tier Name - Display name (e.g., "General Admission", "VIP")
- Price - Ticket price (set to $0 for free tickets)
- Description - Details about what's included
- Tier Order - Drag and drop to rearrange tiers and tier groups
Time Limited Pricing
Give a tier an optional sale window:
- Start Date - The tier can't be bought before this
- End Date - The tier can't be bought after this
Both are optional — leave them blank and the tier is always on sale. Both are in UTC, not your local time zone.
Outside its window the tier still appears on the form, greyed out, with a note saying when sales begin or that sales have closed. This is useful for early-bird pricing that should hand over to standard pricing on a set date.
Quantity Limits
- Quantity - Total available in this tier. A tier shows Sold Out once these are gone.
- Per-Order Limit - Maximum of this tier one order can contain
Guest Management
Controls whether buying this tier creates attendee records:
- Create an attendee per ticket - Automatically create an attendee for every ticket in this tier
- Guest info can be added later by the host - Let the buyer complete attendee details after checkout instead of during it
- Table Size - For table packages, how many seats the package covers
- Seating Plan - Which seating plan the table is reserved in
Table packages need both an attendee per ticket and a seating plan. Seating plans belong to a campaign, so they aren't copied when you clone a form to a different campaign.
Add Receipt Content
Add extra content to the receipt for buyers of this specific tier, on top of the form's standard receipt.
