Broadcast Content & Design

The Content tab is where you compose what recipients actually see in their inbox. It has two modes: Design (build the email) and Preview (see how it'll render).

Design mode

A drag-and-drop builder organized as rows containing blocks:

  • Rows — horizontal sections (single column, two-column, three-column, etc.). Drag rows from the sidebar onto the canvas.
  • Blocks — content inside a row: text, image, button, divider, spacer, social icons, footer.

Click any row or block to edit its properties (padding, alignment, colors, link URL, image source) in the right-hand panel.

Load Template

Click Load Template to start from a saved template or paste in raw HTML. Loading a template replaces whatever's currently on the canvas, so do this early.

Undo / Redo

Every edit is captured in history. Use Ctrl+Z / Ctrl+Y (or the toolbar buttons) to step backward and forward.

Preview mode

Toggle to Preview to see how the compiled email looks. Two device sizes:

  • Desktop — standard inbox width
  • Mobile — narrow viewport approximating a phone (max-w-sm, ~384px)

WARNING

The preview is an approximate render of the compiled email. Inboxes (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail) apply their own styles, so the final delivered email may look slightly different. Always send a test to yourself before scheduling a broadcast.

Send Test

Use Send Test in the top bar to fire the email to a few addresses you specify. Test sends bypass the recipient list and go only to the addresses you type in.
