Billing

Manage your CauseVox subscription plans, payment methods, and view invoices.

Accessing Billing

  1. Go to Settings > Organization
  2. Click Billing in the sidebar

Note: Only organization owners can access billing settings.

Plans Tab

View and manage your subscription plan.

Current Plan

See your current plan details:

  • Plan name and features
  • Billing cycle (monthly/annual)
  • Next billing date

Changing Plans

  1. Review available plans
  2. Click Change Plan on your desired plan
  3. Confirm the change

Plan changes take effect:

  • Upgrades - Immediately
  • Downgrades - At next billing cycle

Plan Features

Different plans include different features:

  • Campaign limits
  • Transaction fees
  • Premium features (branding, advanced permissions, etc.)
  • Support levels

Payment Methods Tab

Manage the payment methods on file for your subscription.

Adding a Payment Method

  1. Click Add Payment Method
  2. Enter your card details
  3. Click Save

Updating Payment Methods

  1. Find the payment method
  2. Click Edit or Remove
  3. Update details or add a new method

Default Payment Method

The default payment method is used for subscription charges. To change:

  1. Add a new payment method
  2. Set it as default
  3. Optionally remove the old method

Invoices Tab

View and download your billing history.

Viewing Invoices

All invoices are listed with:

  • Invoice date
  • Amount
  • Payment status
  • Download link

Downloading Invoices

  1. Find the invoice
  2. Click the download icon
  3. Save the PDF for your records
