Creating Organization Pages

Use the Add Organization Page button on the Manage > Organization Pages view to manually create a new organization page (called a network internally). For the concept overview and how organization pages relate to teams and personal pages, see Organization Pages.

Campaign & Site

  • Campaign (required) — every organization page must be associated with a campaign.
  • Site (required) — the site this organization page will appear on. Only sites with organization pages enabled are shown. If the site you want doesn't appear, enable organization pages under Site Settings > Organization Pages.

General

  • Name (required) — the organization page's display name (e.g. "Acme Corp", "Greenfield Elementary PTO").
  • Stub (required) — the URL slug. Auto-generated from the name; can be edited.
  • Description — a short summary of the organization, shown on the page header.
  • Email — the organization's contact email.
  • Phone — the organization's contact phone number.
  • Website — the organization's external website URL.
  • EIN — the organization's Employer Identification Number, if applicable.

Custom Fields

These are the extra fields your organization has set up for organization pages, managed in Site Settings > Organization Pages > Custom Fields.

  • When you select a site above, this section is filtered to show only the fields that site uses. You'll see a note like "Filtered by site (3 hidden)" with a Show all link.
  • When you click Show all, every custom field is displayed. Click Show site fields to go back to the filtered view.
  • When no site is selected, all custom fields are shown, with a note suggesting you select a site to narrow things down.

If no organization-page custom fields have been created, this section will say "No custom fields."

Funding Goal & Matching

  • Fundraising Goal — the organization page's fundraising target. Only shown if the site has organization funding goals enabled.
  • Matching — matching gift configuration scoped to this organization. Donations made through any team or personal page joined to this organization can apply the match. Only shown if the site has organization matching enabled.

Organization Image

  • Image — upload a cover image / logo for the organization page.

Appeal

  • Appeal — the fundraising story shown on the public organization page. Rich text.
  • Links — external links to display on the organization page (org website, social, etc.).

Postal Info

  • Address — the organization's mailing address (street, city, state, zip, country).
  • Media — additional images or videos for the organization page's media gallery.

Donation Tiers

Optional, shown only when the site has organization donation tiers enabled.

  • Enable Onetime Tiers — toggle one-time donation tiers on/off for this organization.
  • Enable Compact Tiers — use the compact display layout for tiers.
  • Onetime Tiers — configure tier amounts specific to this organization.

What Gets Created

Submitting the form creates a network record. From this point on, teams and personal pages can join the organization (subject to the site's "Allow teams to join" and "Allow personal pages to join" settings), and donations through any joined page will roll up to the organization's total.
