Member Portal Settings

The member portal is where supporters manage their fundraising activity and access their donor history. Customize it with your organization's branding.

Accessing Portal Settings

  1. Go to Settings > Organization
  2. Click Member Portal in the sidebar

Note: Portal branding is a premium feature. Contact support to enable it for your account.

Colors

Set the main colors for your portal:

ColorUsage
Primary ColorHeaders, links, and accents
Button ColorCall-to-action buttons

Click each color picker to select your brand colors or enter hex codes.

Upload your logo to display on portal pages.

Requirements:

  • File types: JPEG, GIF, or PNG
  • Maximum size: 5 MB

Signup Page

Customize the text displayed on the member signup page:

Login Page

Customize the text displayed on the member login page:

Saving Changes

Click Save to apply your branding. Changes take effect immediately for all portal visitors.
