Dashboard Filters

The filter toolbar appears at the top of dashboards that contain filterable widgets. Use these controls to focus your data.

Date Range

Filter data to a specific time period:

Option	Description
All Time	No date filtering
This Month	Current calendar month
Last Month	Previous calendar month
This Quarter	Current calendar quarter
Last Quarter	Previous calendar quarter
This Year	Current calendar year
Last Year	Previous calendar year
Past 30 Days	Rolling 30-day window
Past 90 Days	Rolling 90-day window
Custom	Specify exact start and end dates

The selected date range applies to all widgets that support date filtering.

Currency

If your organization accepts multiple currencies, use the currency filter to:

• View all currencies combined
• Focus on a single currency (USD, CAD, EUR, etc.)

Currency filtering affects:

• Donation totals
• Revenue metrics
• Any monetary value displays

Comparison Mode

Enable comparison mode to see how current metrics compare to a previous period:

• Off - Show current values only
• Previous Period - Compare to the equivalent previous time range

When enabled, applicable widgets display:

• Current period value
• Previous period value
• Percent change (increase or decrease)

Refreshing Data

Click the refresh icon in the toolbar to reload all widget data with current filters applied.

Filter Persistence

Your filter selections are saved per dashboard. When you return to a dashboard, your previous filter settings are restored.
