Pledges

Set up pledge options on your donation form. A pledge is a commitment to give that has not yet been collected. The form lets you offer suggested amounts, payment periods, and the email donors receive after pledging.

Pledge Tiers

Set up suggested pledge amounts:

• Tier Amounts - Create multiple suggested pledge levels
• Tier Labels - Optional descriptions for each tier
• Custom Amount - Allow donors to enter any pledge amount
• Tier Order - Drag and drop to rearrange

Interval & Period

Configure payment schedule options (Pro feature):

Monthly Intervals:

• Enable/disable monthly pledge payments
• Customize available terms (default: 3, 6, 12, 24, 36, 48, 60 months)
• Add custom period lengths
• Reset to defaults

Yearly Intervals:

• Enable/disable yearly pledge payments
• Customize available terms (default: 2, 3, 4, 5 years)
• Add custom period lengths
• Reset to defaults

Receipt Email

Customize the confirmation email sent after pledge commitments:

• Subject Line - Customize the email subject (Pro feature)
• Email Content - Rich text editor for the receipt body
• Template Tags - Use variables like , ,
• Send Test Email - Preview the receipt in your inbox

Note: Pledges are not available with PayPal-only payment processing.
