Manage your donation form's lifecycle.

Clone Form

Create a copy of this form with all its settings:

• Clone to the current campaign
• Clone to a different campaign
• All tiers, receipts, and settings are copied

Archive Form

Remove the form from active use:

• Form is disabled and hidden from listings
• Site portal/checklist links are removed
• Submitted donation records are preserved
• Can be restored at any time

Delete Form

Permanently remove the form:

• Only available if no donations have been submitted
• Cannot be undone
• If donations exist, archive instead

Note: Forms with existing donations cannot be deleted. Use Archive to remove them from active use.
