Funds

Create and manage funds to allow donors to designate their gifts to specific causes or programs within your organization.

Accessing Funds

  1. Go to Settings > Organization
  2. Click Funds in the sidebar

Viewing Funds

Funds are displayed in a searchable table with two tabs:

TabShows
ActiveFunds currently available for donations
ArchivedFunds that have been archived

Use the search bar to find funds by name or description.

Adding a Fund

  1. Click Add New Fund
  2. Enter the fund details:
    • Name - Display name for the fund
    • Description - What the fund supports
  3. Click Save

The new fund will be available for selection in donation forms and can receive designated gifts.

Editing a Fund

  1. Find the fund in the list
  2. Click the edit (pencil) icon
  3. Update the fund details
  4. Click Save

Archiving a Fund

Archive funds that are no longer active but have historical donations:

  1. Find the fund in the list
  2. Click the archive (trash) icon
  3. Confirm by typing "archive"

Archived funds:

  • Are hidden from donation forms
  • Retain all historical donation data
  • Can be restored from the Archived tab

Restoring an Archived Fund

  1. Switch to the Archived tab
  2. Find the fund
  3. Edit the fund and update its status
