Campaign & Component Filtering

Focus your view on specific campaigns and their components.

Campaign Switcher

The campaign dropdown at the top of Manage lets you filter all data by a specific campaign.

Selecting a Campaign

1. Click the campaign dropdown (left side)
2. Search or scroll to find your campaign
3. Select to filter all resources to that campaign

Clearing the Filter

Select "All Campaigns" to view data across all campaigns.

Component Filtering

Once a campaign is selected, you can further filter by specific components.

Available Components

• Sites - Peer-to-peer and campaign sites
• Donation Forms - Donation form submissions
• Ticketing Forms - Event ticket orders
• Registration Forms - Event registrations

Selecting a Component

1. First select a campaign
2. Click the component dropdown (right side)
3. Choose the specific site or form
4. View only data from that component

Use Cases

Review a specific event:

1. Select the event campaign
2. Choose the ticketing form
3. View only ticket orders from that event

Analyze a peer-to-peer campaign:

1. Select the P2P campaign
2. Choose the site
3. View donations through that site

Compare form performance:

1. Select your campaign
2. Switch between different donation forms
3. Compare results
