Once you've built your report with filters and columns, you can preview results, run the full report, and export your data.

Preview vs Run

Preview

Shows a sample of matching records (first 25 rows)
Instant results for quick validation
Use to verify filters and columns are correct
Click Preview button in the builder

Run

Processes all matching records
May take longer for large datasets
Required before exporting
Click Run button when ready

Build your report (filters + columns)
Click Preview to verify results look correct
Click Run to generate full results
View results in the data table
Export if needed

After running a report, export your data:

Scheduling Exports

Set up automatic recurring exports to receive reports on a regular basis.

Creating a Schedule

Open a saved report
Click Schedule
Configure frequency:
- Daily
- Weekly (select day)
- Monthly (select date)
Set delivery options:
- Email recipients
- Export format
Save schedule

Schedule Tips

Use relative date filters (like "Last 30 days") so scheduled reports always show current data
Test your schedule by running the report manually first
Verify email addresses are correct

Troubleshooting

Report Takes Too Long

Add more specific filters to reduce records
Narrow date ranges
Remove unnecessary joins/columns

No Results

Check filter conditions aren't too restrictive
Verify date ranges include expected records
Try removing filters one at a time to find the issue

Export Too Large

Add filters to reduce record count
Split into multiple reports by date range
Export in smaller batches
