Cover the Fees

Give ticket buyers the option to cover platform and processing fees.

Fee Coverage Options

• None - Disable fee coverage; fees deducted from ticket revenue
• Cover the Fees - Show checkbox for buyers to add fee coverage

Coverage Settings

When enabled:

Type:

• Mandatory - Pre-selected, cannot be deselected
• Suggested - Optional, buyers can deselect

Calculation Method:

• Payment Processor Fee - Automatic credit card fee calculation
• Combined Fee - Processor plus platform fees (Pro feature)
• Fixed Percentage - Custom percentage (Pro feature)
