Cover the Fees

Give ticket buyers the option to cover platform and processing fees.

Fee Coverage Options

• None - Disable fee coverage; fees deducted from ticket revenue
• Cover the Fees - Show checkbox for buyers to add fee coverage

Coverage Settings

When enabled:

Type:

• Mandatory - Pre-selected, cannot be deselected
• Suggested - Optional, buyers can deselect

Calculation Method:

• Payment Processor Fee - Automatic credit card fee calculation
• Payment Processor Fee + Platform Fee - Processor plus platform fees
• Fixed Percentage - A custom percentage you set

CauseVox Tip

Show or hide the optional CauseVox tip on your form.

Plan availability

The combined and fixed-percentage calculation methods, and the option to hide the CauseVox tip, are locked while your organization is on a trial or the Starter plan. The automatic payment-processor calculation is available on every plan.
