Clone Form

Create a copy with all settings:

• Clone to current or different campaign
• All settings are copied

Archive Form

Remove from active use:

• Form disabled and hidden
• Registration records preserved
• Can be restored anytime

Delete Form

Permanently remove (only if no registrations):

• Cannot be undone
• Archive instead if registrations exist
