Cover the Fees

Give donors the option to cover platform and processing fees.

Fee Coverage Options

Choose how fee coverage works:

• None - Disable fee coverage; fees are deducted from donation amount
• Cover the Fees - Show checkbox for donors to add fee coverage

Coverage Settings

When Cover the Fees is enabled:

Type:

• Mandatory - Checkbox is pre-selected and cannot be deselected
• Suggested - Checkbox is optional, donors can deselect

Calculation Method:

• Payment Processor Fee - Automatically calculate credit card processing fee
• Combined Fee - Include both processor and platform fees (Pro feature)
• Fixed Percentage - Set your own custom percentage (Pro feature)

CauseVox Tip

A suggested tip to support the CauseVox platform:

• Enabled - Show CauseVox tip option (default for Free plans)
• Disabled - Hide CauseVox tip option (Pro feature)
