Alerts

Alerts notify you of items that may require your attention, such as failed payments or past-due pledges.

Alert Types

• Failed Payment (Pledges) - Pledges where a scheduled payment failed to process
• Past Due (Pledges) - Pledges with payments that are past their due date
• Failed Payment (Recurring) - Recurring donations where the latest charge failed
• Past Due (Recurring) - Recurring donations that haven't been collected on time

Taking Action

Click any alert to navigate directly to the filtered list of affected records where you can:

• Review the payment history
• Update payment methods
• Contact donors
• Retry failed payments
