Email Delivery Status
The Recipient Status tab shows the delivery state of every contact the broadcast was sent to, one row per contact. Use it to investigate specific failures or spot-check engagement.
Status states
A recipient progresses through these states:
- Queued — accepted into the send queue, not yet handed to the mail provider.
- Sent — handed to the upstream mail provider for delivery.
- Delivered — accepted by the recipient's mail server.
- Opened — the tracking pixel fired (recipient previewed or opened the email).
- Clicked — recipient clicked a tracked link inside the email.
- Bounced — undeliverable. Soft bounces retry; hard bounces don't.
- Failed — sending failed for a non-bounce reason (suppressed at send time, validation error, etc.).
- Unsubscribed — recipient clicked the unsubscribe link after receiving the email.
- Suppressed — recipient was on a suppression list and blocked at send time.
Filtering
Use the status chips above the table to narrow the list (All / Delivered / Opened / Clicked / Bounced / Failed / Unsubscribed). Search by email address to find a specific recipient.
Exporting
Click Export to download the visible rows as CSV. The export respects your active filters and search.
TIP
"Suppressed" means the contact was excluded at send time because of a global block (hard bounce, spam complaint, manual suppression). They didn't actually receive the email.
