Broadcast Overview (Sent)

The Overview tab appears on a broadcast once it has been sent. It shows aggregate performance and locks the broadcast's content to the version that actually went out.

Stat tiles

Five tiles across the top, with rates as percentages of delivered:

  • Sent — broadcasts queued out of your org
  • Delivered — accepted by the recipient's mail server
  • Opens — recipients who triggered the tracking pixel (open rate is the % of Delivered)
  • Clicks — recipients who clicked any tracked link (click rate is the % of Delivered)
  • Bounces — undeliverable; sub-divided into hard and soft

Campaign Details

Read-only snapshot of what was sent: Subject, Preheader, From, Reply-To, total Recipients. This is the version locked at send time — even if you change the underlying templates or sending domain later, the record here doesn't change.

Timeline

When the broadcast was created, scheduled (if applicable), and sent.

Internal Notes

If you added internal notes in Settings, they're shown here for reference.

How bounces affect future sends

  • Soft bounces (mailbox full, server temporarily unavailable) — retried automatically. After repeated soft bounces, the contact eventually moves to bounced status.
  • Hard bounces (invalid address, permanent rejection) — the contact is moved to bounced status immediately and is excluded from all future broadcasts.

For the per-contact breakdown of who got what, see Delivery Status.
