Registrations

Registrations are form submissions from registration forms, typically used for events, programs, or memberships that don't involve ticket purchases.

Viewing Registrations

Navigate to Manage > Registrations to see all submissions.

Filtering by Status

Use the tabs to filter:

• Succeeded - Completed registrations
• Refunded - Refunded registrations
• All - Every registration

Search

Search by name or email to find specific registrations.

Registration Record

Click any registration to view:

• Registrant contact information
• Form responses
• Payment details (if applicable)
• Timestamps

Common Tasks

Exporting Data

Use the export button to download registration data.

Bulk Actions

Select multiple registrations for bulk editing.

Finance Side

A paid registration creates a Revenue record on the finance side, carrying the same finance fields as a donation: splits, credits, solicitors, and tags. Free registrations do not create a Revenue record.
