Registrations
Registrations are form submissions from registration forms, typically used for events, programs, or memberships that don't involve ticket purchases.
Viewing Registrations
Navigate to Manage > Registrations to see all submissions.
Filtering by Status
Use the tabs to filter:
- Succeeded - Completed registrations
- Refunded - Refunded registrations
- All - Every registration
Search
Search by name or email to find specific registrations.
Registration Record
Click any registration to view:
- Registrant contact information
- Form responses
- Payment details (if applicable)
- Timestamps
Common Tasks

Use the export button to download registration data.
Bulk Actions
Select multiple registrations for bulk editing.

Finance Side
A paid registration creates a Revenue record on the finance side, carrying the same finance fields as a donation: splits, credits, solicitors, and tags. The registration also gets an Expected Revenue counterpart that completes when the payment does — the full chain is visible in the Finance panel on the registration's overview page. Free registrations do not create finance records.
