Insights Dashboards

Insights dashboards provide visual summaries of your data through configurable widgets. Each major section of CauseVox has its own Insights area:

• CRM Insights - Contact, household, and organization metrics
• Revenue Insights - Donation trends, revenue breakdowns, payment analysis
• Manage Insights - Campaign performance, fundraising activity

Dashboard Structure

Each Insights area contains:

Component	Description
Default Dashboard	A prebuilt starting point that cannot be deleted
Custom Dashboards	Dashboards you create from templates or scratch
Templates	Prebuilt layouts you can use to create new dashboards
Widget Library	Individual widgets you can add to any dashboard

Getting Started

1. Visit any Insights section to see the default dashboard
2. Use Templates to create a new dashboard from a prebuilt layout
3. Customize by adding, removing, or rearranging widgets
4. Use filters to focus on specific time periods or currencies

Navigation

The sidebar shows all your dashboards. Click any dashboard name to view it, or use Templates to create a new one.
