General Settings

Configure your ticketing form's basic properties:

• Name - Internal reference name (not shown publicly)
• Title - Heading displayed at the top of the form
• Subtitle - Secondary heading under the title
• Font Style - Roboto (Sans Serif), Roboto Slab (Serif), Open Sans, Oswald, or Merriweather
• Accent/Button Color - Customize button and accent colors
• Ticket Name - Alternate word for "ticket" (e.g., "Item", "Entry")
• Send Copy - CC order receipt emails to additional recipients

Payment Methods

Ticketing forms accept payment through Stripe and PayPal. Buyers see whichever processors are connected to the campaign, set in Campaign Settings > Payment Processing. PayPal is fully supported for ticket sales — no Stripe account is required if PayPal is connected.
