Forms Overview
CauseVox provides three types of forms to support your fundraising activities. All forms share common capabilities like custom branding, payment processing, automated receipts, and embedding options.
Form Types
Donation Forms
Accept donations from supporters with flexible giving options:
- One-time donations - Single gifts at donor-chosen or preset amounts
- Recurring donations - Monthly or yearly subscriptions, open-ended until cancelled
- Pledges - Donor commitments to give that haven't been collected yet
- P2P donations - Gifts attributed to peer-to-peer fundraisers
Best for: General fundraising, annual campaigns, year-end giving, giving days
Payment Methods
When connected to Stripe and/or PayPal, donors can give using:
- Credit/Debit cards - All major cards accepted
- Apple Pay / Google Pay - Mobile wallet payments (Stripe)
- ACH Bank Transfer - Direct bank payments (Stripe)
- PayPal - PayPal balance and linked cards
- Venmo - Mobile payments (PayPal)
Tip: Connect both Stripe and PayPal to give donors maximum flexibility.
Smart Forms
CauseVox forms remember returning donors:
- Pre-fill contact information for repeat visitors
- Save form progress if donors get distracted

Fraud Detection
Built-in fraud detection protects your organization:

Pricing
CauseVox ticketing fees:
- Paid tickets: 2% + $1 per ticket
- Free tickets: No fees
Note: Donation tipping is not available for ticket purchases.

Accessing Form Settings
- Go to your Campaign
- Click Settings (gear icon)
- Under Sites & Forms, select or create a form
- Configure settings using the left navigation
Form Status
Control when forms accept submissions:
- Enabled - Form is live and accepting submissions
- Disabled - Form is hidden, submissions blocked
Toggle status from the form settings or set automatic disabling based on end dates.
