Personal Pages

Create and manage individual fundraising pages in the Member Portal.

Creating a Personal Page

  1. Navigate to a campaign site dashboard
  2. Click Fundraising Pages
  3. Click Create Personal Page
  4. Fill in your page details
  5. Save and start fundraising

Page Settings

Basic Information

Edit your page's core details:

  • Display Name - How your name appears on the page
  • Page URL/Stub - Your unique page link
  • Fundraising Goal - Target amount to raise
  • End Date - When your page closes

Add visual content to your page:

  • Upload photos
  • Add video links (YouTube, Vimeo)
  • Set a profile/cover image
  • Reorder media items

Appeal Text

Write your fundraising story:

  • Explain why you're fundraising
  • Share your personal connection to the cause
  • Include calls to action
  • Format with rich text editor

Share Settings

Customize how your page appears when shared:

  • Social media preview image
  • Share description text
  • Open Graph settings

Team Assignment

Link your personal page to a team:

  1. Go to your page settings
  2. Select the Team tab
  3. Choose a team to join
  4. Your page becomes part of the team's total

To leave a team:

  1. Navigate to the Team tab
  2. Click Leave Team

Organization Assignment

Link your page to an organization:

  1. Go to your page settings
  2. Select the Network tab
  3. Choose an organization
  4. Your donations count toward the org's total

Viewing Donations

Track donations to your page:

  1. Select your page
  2. Click Donations
  3. View donor names, amounts, and dates

Export Donation Data

  1. Navigate to Donations
  2. Click Export
  3. Download CSV or Excel file

Export includes:

  • Donor information
  • Donation amounts
  • Transaction dates
  • Custom field responses

Creating Posts

Share updates with your supporters:

  1. Select your page
  2. Click Posts
  3. Click New Post
  4. Write your update
  5. Publish

Posts appear on your fundraising page and can be shared on social media.

Disabling Your Page

Take your page offline:

  1. Navigate to your page
  2. Click Actions or Settings
  3. Select Disable Page
  4. Confirm

Disabling keeps your data but removes the page from public view. Donations remain recorded.

  • Set a realistic goal - Achievable goals motivate donors
  • Add compelling media - Photos increase engagement
  • Tell your story - Personal appeals resonate with donors
  • Share regularly - Promote your page on social media
  • Thank donors - Post updates acknowledging support
